Breeder that I am I must insist there are teacup-sized chihuahuas in the Chihuahua Breed, by far, all the noise being made over symantics, of "teacups"- merles, different registries, etc... is ridiculous, how else would you describe a tiny tiny animal weighing less than 5 pounds, always unique to the average dog owner and a complete art to breed and raise for the average "un-artful" average dog breeder.
